  I order from this Domino's almost routinely (used to once a week) but i ordered this past day and my order at 2 pm and it took 40+ min (and still never arrived) i called in to cancel my order and the guy sounded confused that i wanted to cancel didn't apologize for the wait or anything. Just said well she's on the way.
  
  I had to reassure hi i was not going to take the order and that they were too close to where i live to have an order take 50 minutes. On a Monday. At 2 pm. I've worked for a Papa Johns in rush hours and those times were unacceptable.

  HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. It took us 3 hours to get our pizza. The tracker thing said it was done, 2 hours later still no pizza. Called the store repeatedly and nobody would answer. We really thought maybe the place had burned down or something. When the pizza FINALLY arrived we sent it back cause who the hell wants a pizza that was cooked 2.5 hours ago. When we have actually received pizza in the past its usually messed up in some way or another whether it's just the wrong thing or looks like it has been slung at a wall before it was delivered. This location might as well not exist. If I could leave negative stars I would. The lack of customer service is appalling. I don't know how they're allowed to operate. A bunch of monkeys could run this store better than the people who work there. Ordering pizza should not be this much of a hassle. Also good luck calling corporate if you want to make a complaint because it won't even let you make one, it tells you to call the store. Well we can't get a hold of the damn store. I won't be ordering from Dominos again until I can get pizza delivered from another location.
