  Ordered online and it said it'd be ready at 5:42pm...its now 6:14pm and its not ready and was told it'd be another 10 minutes. There's literally a line of cars around the pick up window waiting that hasn't moved in the 30 minutes that Ive been here.Its funny as right outside the front doors there is a plaque that says:
  
  Restaurant General Manager
  
  "We're expanding your expectations by providing customer service with a conscious."
  
  Judging by the other reviews given, apparently that's just a plaque and not a true mindset. I'll never come here again.
  
  Stick with Cappollas in the same shopping center...

  I will not be ordering from here anymore. The employees attitude at this location needs serious adjustments. In addition, they charge like $2 extra for extra cheese because you can't add it as one of your toppings. With all of the competition out here, I'm not about to spend my money where I can't get what I want. Screw pizza hut!
